While looking into nose surgery, I also had rhinitis, so I was planning to address it together, and I trusted the doctor more because he is an otolaryngology specialist. Unlike other places, the doctor pinpointed the areas of my face that could be improved, so I could tell that he was thinking not just about the nose alone, but about harmony with the face. I only had the first round of fat grafting, but the engraftment looked just naturally right, so I stopped there. I'm very satisfied with everything, including my temples, forehead, and nose line.
