Honestly, it's hard to say whether it was good or not that great, because my fat layer was very thick. They told me in advance that it would be hard to see a dramatic effect, and when I had consultations at other clinics too, many of them touched it and said my fat layer was thick.
I wasn't expecting dramatically thin, celebrity-like arms, since my face is on the larger side and I said I wouldn't want that either. In the end, I think it slimmed down naturally. After having this surgery, I realized that whether I do my abdomen or thighs, because of the thickness of my fat layer, a lot may not come off haha. But if I hadn't done it, I definitely think it would have been hard to lose through exercise, so it was worth doing.
Ah, but the downsides are: 1. Even though 2 years have passed, the scars are still slightly there. At the time, they said I didn't need to put that kind of regenerative tape over the scars, but I regret not putting it on. 2. Only now, after 2 years, does it not hurt much even if I pinch it. Somehow it doesn't feel like my own flesh. I think people who do thighs or the lower body need to manage it well after surgery too.
It's not to the point where it's come back now! But I can still wear tight-fitting turtlenecks, hehe.
I think it's okay just because it ended without lumpiness, without tight pulling of the skin, and without any major accident. The doctor's consultation was good, comfortable, and kind, and things were okay after surgery too. I want to do my lower body too, but I'm scared haha
