My 6-year-old buried sutures came undone, so I urgently went around for consultations, and I’ll share reviews of four places! My eyes currently have no fat on the upper eyelids, and because the buried sutures came undone, I have eyes where the double eyelid line and a crease fold are overlapping very slightly.

I know it’s a popular clinic, and it was the only place that even took a CT scan and explained things directly with Photoshop. I had a consultation with the vice director, and they were kind. Because they have a lot of data, the advantage was that I could see many similar surgery review photos. However, the consultant felt a bit pushy about booking. They kept steering me to quickly put down a deposit and set a date, saying things like, “You can just book now and change the date later,” which made me a little uncomfortable.

I went because the double eyelid surgery reviews on Babitalk seemed not bad. First of all, the consultant was very kind, so the consultation was really comfortable. The director did not push any unnecessary procedures at all; it felt like, “You can do it if you want, but is it really necessary?” and they did not seem to recommend much either. However, because the price is low and there isn’t much review data, I felt hesitant.

They also discounted this a lot, so it was 170 (on the condition of writing a review), but the price is on the expensive side compared with other places, and compared with the two places above, they recommended fat grafting to the upper eyelids. A female director consulted with me, and she felt like someone who spoke with fairly clear standards. I was grateful that the consultant was kind and consulted with me seriously, but what was disappointing was that when I asked the director about review photos during the consultation, they answered, “You have to look those up yourself,” which was a bit disappointing.

First of all, it’s very expensive! This was the only place I applied to through a non-event route, not Babitalk, after watching the director’s YouTube videos that felt professional. The consultant was very kind, and they take photos, put them up, and explain while looking at them. The director is not the pushy type and suggests various methods; if I say the method I want, they explain well in a way like, “These are the disadvantages of that method, but if you’re still okay with it, we can try that method too.” Most of all, it was kind of fascinating how they immediately searched the patient’s name and showed photos. Since it’s a one-doctor clinic, it felt trustworthy. But the downside is that it’s expensive
Actually, I also got estimates for my nose, but I’m going to write about the nose separately in a nose surgery consultation review. All four places said such different things that I really thought, as expected, with plastic surgery you have to go to a lot of consultations. One place says my eye-opening strength is lacking, another says my eye-opening strength is fine; one place says I need upper epicanthoplasty, another says instead of upper epicanthoplasty, medial epicanthoplasty is the right choice, so it made me even more confused.
In conclusion, I decided to do it at ㅁㅊㅍ Plastic Surgery, and since that decision was made while consulting about my nose too, if I were only doing my eyes, I think I would have chosen ㅁㅇㄷ or ㅈㅇㅈㅇ Plastic Surgery. Price is important!
