I had revision surgery for double eyelids, ptosis correction, and epicanthoplasty, with lower canthoplasty added. My double eyelids were originally uneven, so I wanted surgery, and I said I hoped they would not end up uneven. It has been 3 years, but my double eyelids are uneven, and one side has a sausage-like look.. My upper eyelid feels bulging, maybe because of the ptosis correction, but I can’t know whether that is just my original eyelid tissue. I think there is some scarring from the epicanthoplasty, but the lower canthoplasty turned out incredibly well.. It’s hard to recommend overall, but I heard lower canthoplasty is difficult to do well, and I’m satisfied with that one thing.
