I had double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, secondary epicanthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty added. My original double eyelids were uneven, so I wanted surgery, and I said I didn't want them to end up uneven. It's been 3 years, and the double eyelids are still uneven, with one side looking like a sausage.. maybe because of the ptosis correction, my upper eyelid area feels puffy. But I can't tell whether that's just the fleshiness of my original eyes. The scar on the inner corner seems a bit noticeable, but the lower canthoplasty came out amazingly well.. It's hard to recommend, but I heard lower canthoplasty is difficult to get right, and at least that one part was satisfying.
