I saw on YouTube, maybe, that you can make aegyo-sal by fat repositioning, so I went straight there from the provinces. When I got there, they said fat repositioning wouldn’t give much effect and suggested getting a small amount of filler instead. Back then I had a vague aversion to filler, so I said I wouldn’t do it and left, but now I think maybe I should have gotten it there...? They seemed professional, they looked at things carefully during the consultation, and they didn’t even charge a consultation fee.
