(I was about 5 minutes late to the hospital appointment to consult with the doctor because I was parking, but) even though the doctor was at the hospital, they did not do the doctor consultation first and instead started with the director consultation. So I made the trip all the way there, but came back without a doctor consultation. (They said the doctor had already gone home (this was my first time experiencing something like this, so I was quite taken aback))
From my very first visit, the female staff member sitting at the counter had a somewhat rude way of speaking, and since I came from the provinces, I really wished the hospital had been more flexible about scheduling so I could actually have a consultation with the doctor. If they had done that, I probably would have trusted them and booked right away.
I don't trust the medical staff or the employees there (if they treat people like this before surgery, I think they'd be even more unfriendly after surgery), so I don't think I will have the surgery.
