As you can tell from the before photo before I had the surgery, I had a typical bulbous nose with a blunt nasal tip. But when I researched online, people said bulbous noses are surprisingly difficult to improve. Even though I had already had my first surgery, there was no difference before and after, so I was aesthetically dissatisfied. I had revision rhinoplasty at April 31, which was not far from my home. The chief director’s experience was one thing, but from the way he made recommendations during the consultation, it felt to me like he wasn’t simply trying to make my nose higher, but was recommending something that fit my face without being excessive, so I decided to go ahead with the surgery. This time, I think the surgery turned out cleanly and matched my needs, so personally I’m satisfied.
This review is for a surgery outcome that pursues natural beauty.
