I had my first rhinoplasty in my mid-20s, and as time went by, I felt like the nasal tip was gradually lifting little by little. In the end, the contracture phenomenon that I had hoped would never happen did occur.. When the contracture had only recently developed, I cried for days because I felt depressed, wondering why only my nose was like this. But if I had known my revision rhinoplasty would turn out this well, I think I should have spent that crying time getting the revision surgery even one day sooner.
