First of all, even before going in, I did see a staff member badmouthing a patient, but during the consultation they were kind.. And the doctor explained everything in detail one by one, writing numbers starting from 1, showed me all the lines too, but he is someone who absolutely does not recommend ptosis correction unless it is truly blepharoptosis!! Also, he said that if there is fat to remove during surgery, he removes it without an additional fee, so it felt conscientious?
