First of all, before I even went in, I saw the staff insulting a patient, but during the consultation they were kind.. And the doctor explained everything in detail, writing down the numbers one by one from 1, and showed me the line as well. He is someone who absolutely does not recommend ptosis correction unless you truly have ptosis!! Also, he said that if there is any fat to remove during surgery, he removes it without extra cost, so it felt ethical?
