Before<pre-surgery>Post<1 month>Post<1 month>I had an inner double-eyelid crease since I was young, but my face looked too plain, so I was under a lot of stress! Even when I looked at friends who had double eyelid surgery, the difference between having even one double-eyelid line or not was bigger than I expected. After thinking it over, I decided to have surgery, and based on a friend’s recommendation that my surgery was successful, I had a consultation with Dr. Jeong Yeon-Ik at DI and went straight to deciding on surgery.
During the consultation, when I wrote my friend’s name in the referral field, the doctor still remembered her name. The doctor explained the line very thoroughly during the consultation, and while setting and confirming a line that would suit me, the consultation alone felt like it lasted over 30 minutes. I said I wanted a fancy semi-out style, and he reflected the desired line very well, so I’m truly satisfied
In my case, because it was an anterior adhesion type, I had partial incision + natural adhesion, and had full canthoplasty too. The line is definitely sharper, and the eye shape opened cleanly, so I can really feel my eye size itself has become much larger! At first I had difficulty finding makeup that fit my changed eyes, but lately makeup is getting fun because the surgical result fits me so well I uploaded them together so you can compare the pre-op photos and the 1-month post-op photos!!
