Review on day 4 after natural adhesion double-eyelid surgery

Before <before surgery> After <immediately after surgery> After <5 hours after surgery on the day> After <morning the next day after surgery> Before <evening of day 3 after surgery> I’m writing this review with a relieved heart after finally finishing my long-time goal of double-eyelid surgery 0

Originally, I was someone who lived fairly satisfied with myself, and people around me often said I was the epitome of monolids. But as I reached my late 20s, I gradually lost confidence in my appearance, and eyes with double eyelids looked so pretty and enviable

I had been thinking about it since my early 20s, but at the hospitals I visited, they said incision was absolutely necessary and medial epicanthoplasty was essential. Some places even recommended lateral canthoplasty and upper canthoplasty too.. I looked them up because they were also famous for having a good aesthetic sense, but the consultations themselves were a total disappointment.

My eyes and overall image are rather East Asian, so even if my eyes became bigger through canthoplasty in all directions, I didn’t think it would look harmonious. So I didn’t want canthoplasty, and since it was my first surgery, I wanted to go conservatively and was only considering natural adhesion or partial incision. Even if it came undone, I thought less is better than too much!

Anyway, I think I visited about 10 hospitals. Most were famous places that people have probably heard of, but in the end, I decided to have it done at the hospital that designed it to fit my image the best, didn’t push excessive surgery, and was meticulous and delicate!

I found this place while browsing a community, after seeing a photo review from someone whose result looked so pretty, and then I focused on researching that hospital. Strangely, there wasn’t a single bad review.

In case I’m suspected of being a broker, I’ll cut down a bit on the very obvious praise lol. The thing I most wanted to praise from what I felt was that the doctor seemed like a porcelain artisan. Even during the design, he spent over 30 minutes on it, and since it was my first cosmetic surgery, I had all kinds of worries, you know? But while getting the design, all my worries disappeared. He was so meticulous that I thought, with this much care, there’s no way the result won’t come out well lol I wanted a naturally polished look, but what mattered more was naturalness, so the doctor showed me both an in-out line and a semi-out line that were possible for my eyes, and both the doctor and I agreed on the in-out line, so that’s what we decided on!

Anyway, I’m satisfied because the line has come out well now, and I hope the swelling goes down nicely soon so I can try pretty eye makeup like everyone else!!

Thank you for reading this long post!

This review is a surgery review pursuing a naturally polished look.
