I arrived earlier than my appointment time, but the surgery before me took a long time, so I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes past my scheduled time before seeing the director. Throughout the 9-minute consultation after waiting, they were kind, but I felt rushed and couldn’t ask everything I was curious about. Still, because their plan matched my needs, I was looking forward to the surgical result, but since the consultation was so rushed, I felt they might be too busy to pay attention to me. The deciding factor was that the consultation manager felt scary and unfriendly, so I think it would be difficult to go back for another consultation or visit
