I arrived earlier than my appointment time, but the surgery before mine took a long time, so I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes past my scheduled time before seeing the director. I waited, and during the whole 9-minute consultation, they were kind, but I felt rushed and could not ask all the questions I had. Still, the fit with my needs was good, so I was looking forward to the surgical result, but because the consultation was rushed, it seemed like they would be too busy and might not be able to pay attention to me. Ultimately, I got the impression that the consultation manager was scary and unfriendly, so it seems difficult to go back for another consultation or visit
