ㄷㅅㅎ ) ㅇㅈㅈ The director gave a long consultation / virtual simulation is possible / it felt like they gave a wide range of implant options, saying Mentor, Motiva, and Sebbin were all possible / they identified the causes of the current problems with my breasts well and explained them in an easy-to-understand way / CCTV can be opened for viewing; aftercare and scar care are unlimited, but Caps is free only twice / general anesthesia / recommended about 340cc on the left + said for the hollow upper breast, it would be good to first have surgery and then consider fat grafting later; recommended axillary incision / lifetime AS
ㄱㄹ ) ㅇㅈㅇ The consultation felt like the consultant was more the main person than the director. They said she had been at Glam for over 10 years, and it felt like she knew a lot about breasts / implant fitting and breast photography were all done directly with the consultant, so it felt like close care / the director only gave the diagnosis and did not add much explanation. Because the upper breast also needs to be filled, Motiva was recommended; they said if I put in 335 or more, it would ruin my body proportions and absolutely would not give a natural shape, and that 315cc is appropriate. Axillary incision is possible too, but inframammary fold incision was recommended / after fitting, 335 felt a bit heavy and 315 felt a little lacking, but the consultant said that to her eyes, 315 looked better / aftercare is done as a 1-year care program and includes Caps ultrasound checkups / they said it is not the kind of ultrasound that only checks the capsule thickness typically seen at plastic surgery clinics, but an ultrasound machine capable of detailed breast examinations / they said they make the operating room sterile with some kind of wave? filter, and that they put a lot of effort into safe surgery. They said the director’s belief is that patients should have safe surgery, so the cc amount is also a bit more conservative than other places. They said the bigger you go, the more risk of side effects inevitably follows / they showed a huge number of before-and-after surgical photos, talked a lot about side effect cases, and emphasized that because the hospital provides lifetime AS, they consider all these aspects and try their best to operate safely, etc. / CCTV can be opened for viewing / intercostal nerve anesthesia (they said it is more difficult than general anesthesia) /
ㅁㅂㅇ ) ㅇㅇㄷ They did virtual simulation / if there is an implant I want, using that is possible, but they said Motiva is the most advantageous for properly shaping the breast and upper breast volume. Recommended about 320cc and inframammary fold incision / there is CCTV, but I did not hear whether it can be viewed / there are about 3 visits: swelling care, Caps care, and scar laser care at 1 month, but if there is aftercare I want, I have to book it myself / anesthesia is sedation anesthesia / the consultant is also extremely kind and soft-spoken, and the director is a warm, gentle style. But there were not many comments that particularly stayed in my memory. It just seemed average / lifetime AS
ㅇㅇㅇ ) ㅇㅇㄱ The consultant is professional / I thought the service was good because we went into a private room and they even had me put on a crop top / not just fitting, they even dress you in clothes?! It felt like princess play / the director was very young, but still consulted enthusiastically and explained things like giving a lecture, so it was very helpful / while talking about capsular contracture and safety, they recommended Motiva, saying the capsule forms the thinnest and most stable with Motiva. For cc, we first fitted around 335 together, then the director said it seemed okay to go a bit bigger and fitted 360cc? They said if I have a desire for size, going larger could be okay. Recommended inframammary fold incision / aftercare allows unlimited Caps, but they said the recommended interval is about 2 weeks. After 6 months, there probably would not be a need to receive it / they said a physical therapist provides breast massage and Pilates. 2 sessions free / general anesthesia / lifetime AS
Maybe because hospitals that only do breasts fit my taste better, when I considered things like aftercare programs and breast checkups, I think ㄱㄹ and ㅇㅇㅇ were the ones I liked most. If I had to choose, I think the downside of ㅇㅇㅇ is that the director’s experience is too short, and the downside of ㄱㄹ is that the director has too sharp of a personality. They say communication after surgery is also very important, and although the consultant seems to cover that very well, there are still parts I’m worried about..
Once I decide on this part, I think I’ll book, but honestly I still don’t really know. I plan to look for more reviews during the remaining time! Well, anyway, shouldn’t there be at least one hospital out there for me somewhere.. haha
