I started looking into hospitals because I wanted to improve the blunt feeling of my nose and raise the nasal tip a little ~ I went to these four places: ㅇㅆ, ㅂㅌㅇ, ㅎㅌ, ㄴㅈㄹ. At ㅇㅆ, they did not take a CT scan, and while talking with the doctor, we decided what to do. They said they would use ear cartilage to raise the nasal tip, and that we should decide about alar reduction after trying it. At ㅂㅌㅇ, they took a CT scan as soon as I arrived, and this is where I found out that I have a very large septal perforation. I have no history of nose surgery, but when I had surgery as a child, a tube was inserted through my nose, so I wonder if it was caused by trauma from that time. Since I do not have related symptoms such as nasal congestion or a whistling sound from the nose, they said surgery would be possible in the same way, using ear cartilage to raise the nasal tip while avoiding touching the nasal septum as much as possible. At ㅎㅌ, they took a CT scan and I spoke with the doctor, who said the perforation was too large, so surgery was not possible. At ㄴㅈㄹ, I went and had a CT and even an endoscopy (optional, but it was 50,000 won), then had the consultation. They said the perforation was too large, so I would have to choose either nasal septal reconstruction or surgery to close the perforation, and they said I would definitely need to use autologous costal cartilage The cost came out to almost three times the hospitals I had checked before, so I was very surprised... I am thinking a lot about it Among the hospitals mentioned above, is there any hospital you recommend or any hospital I should avoid?!
