During the consultation, they told me about a total of 5? methods, and I chose to proceed with only the surgeries that were essential when doing alar base reduction. I don’t remember the exact names well, but I remember them as alar base reduction and alar lift? two procedures.
As a 1-month post-op review, I’m very satisfied right now! When I look in the mirror and when I take photos, my nose has become smaller in a way that really harmonizes with my face, and since the alar base has been reduced, the nasal tip also looks higher. Also, because my skin is delicate, I had the stitches removed after 14 days and I do have some scarring, but it’s not very noticeable, and people around me don’t notice unless I tell them. Only when they find out do they say that somehow something seemed different and that it turned out really naturally.
Personally, until about 2 and a half weeks after surgery, I had to be careful when smiling, yawning, etc., and there were uncomfortable parts, but even now I’m still being careful, though there’s almost no discomfort, to the point that I can say I’m living daily life without any problems!
