I think it's a merit that they specialize in eye surgery and have a single director. What I felt during the consultation with the consultant was that she seemed to have pride in the director? Most places are probably like that, but it didn't feel like an excessive "our director is good!" Rather, she explained that for this part it's like this and for that part it's like that, so it felt like she maintained some objectivity. When consulting with the director, I was a bit nervous, forgot the questions I had prepared, and stumbled over my words, but it was nice that he waited until I thought of what to ask? until I asked what I was curious about, and told me various additional things.
