I had a consultation because I heard the director has long experience with revision eye surgery, and you can definitely feel the expertise. Even when saying the same thing, should I say you can feel the experience..? They explained in an easy-to-understand way why surgery A is needed and what limitations there would be with surgery B..? They listened to all my questions and gave good explanations tailored to me. There were people waiting, but considering that, the wait time wasn't long, and the consultant also listened really well, so I felt at ease.. Honestly, even though I've gone to several consultations, I think it's inevitable that the consultation itself makes me nervous, but still, it was nice that I could have the consultation feeling like I was talking very comfortably!
