I had orthodontic treatment in my second to third year of high school, for a little under 2 years, and now several years have passed. My lower molars have all shifted back. For the upper teeth, I used to wear my retainer regularly, but I have been a bit neglectful lately, so I feel like they are starting to shift backㅠㅠㅠㅜ My original nickname was Rabbit because my front teeth protruded so much, and since I also had two upper teeth extracted, I do think there is a difference between before and after. But as a side effect, my nasolabial folds became really severeㅠㅠㅜ
Also, I originally had asymmetry, and when they make the retainer, you bite down and they take an impression. Maybe it was a bit crooked then, because my asymmetry also got worseㅠㅠㅜ
People around me say they still cannot really tell, but I am so bothered by it, especially the nasolabial folds!! It is seriously stressful...
