I wondered whether the consultation staff were really staff members. They did not answer what I asked and kept changing the subject as if avoiding the question. They did not say that my reservation was confirmed, did not respond when I asked to change it, and did not answer the phone or my messages. I sent a consultation message, but there was no reply all day, and they answered at 3 a.m. The doctor has a lot of experience, so I want to meet and consult, but they kept asking for things that were not really necessary. I am trying to make a consultation appointment because they do not know my condition well, but how can I explain everything through messages? ;
