Eye Surgery Considerations

[Clinic A] consultation review

I consulted because of my hump and the parts that looked crooked. They explained the current structure of my nose and suggested smoothing the protruding areas, filling the depressed areas with autologous cartilage, and refining the overall line. For the tip, the plan was to adjust the direction and angle rather than raise it substantially, and to bring together the widened parts. Because my nasal bones are not wide, they explained that the focus would be on refining the line rather than osteotomy. They recommended a non-implant surgery using the septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and informed me that asymmetry or subtle curves could remain. I also asked about the causes of recurrent deviation and hardness at the tip, and they explained the differences depending on the support structure and height. Afterward, the coordinator showed me photos of similar cases and explained the recovery schedule and aftercare. They also explained wearing an ear splint after harvesting ear cartilage, scar care, and the cost of additional treatment. They said whether revision surgery is possible and how much it costs depends on the condition and cause, and is decided after consultation. The estimate was itemized, and there was a discount 조건ed on providing photos and writing a review. I’m still only at the consultation stage, so it’s difficult to judge the actual results and aftercare.
