I had booked surgery at another clinic, but even with only a week left before the operation, I still had a lot of worries, so I kept looking up information related to plastic surgery and found out about a plastic surgery clinic called ㅇㄴㄱㅁ. They don’t really do separate events or promotions, so I found out about them a bit late, but the clinic’s approach matched the direction I wanted for my surgery, so I urgently booked a consultation, had the consultation, and rescheduled my surgery date there I’m currently 1 week post-op from breast augmentation. In my case, before and after surgery I had all kinds of worries and searched around a lot, so I’m leaving this review in case it helps others too.
First, here are my pre-op stats and surgery information. - Height: 161 cm / Weight: 57-58 kg - Motiva 320 cc (same on both sides) - Axillary incision - Dual plane - Course B (Vice Director Nam Jeong-hyun)
When choosing a clinic, the first thing was that it should not be a large hospital, and the director had to have about 15-20 years of experience. After that, I narrowed it down to a few clinics, looked for surgery reviews and photos, checked what the breast shape looked like after surgery, whether they pursued a natural look, and whether the clinic matched the surgical direction I wanted, and finally decided on the clinic.
During the consultation, they explained the characteristics of my current breast shape and recommended implants and the surgical method. In my case, I had surgery with an axillary incision and the dual-plane method. For implant size, they said I could go from 320 to 360, so before surgery I tried several sizes and ultimately told them I wanted 320.
On the day of surgery, I confirmed the size, listened to the explanation about the surgery, signed the consent form, and then went to the operating table, but because of the anesthesia, I don’t remember much. When I woke up, I was in the recovery room, and I had a hard time because I felt nauseous, so I took some medication they prescribed After staying in the recovery room for about 3-4 hours, since I live outside Seoul, I stayed one night near the hospital and took the KTX back the next day! (At first, I was going to take a long-distance taxi on the same day, but the coordinator recommended staying overnight!.. If you live outside Seoul, please keep this in mind when planning your schedule.)
It varies by person, but I think I’m on the slower side for recovery, so I’m still careful about using my arms. Still, before surgery I looked up a lot about what I should prepare in advance, but I don’t think there’s really anything special to prepare.. (maybe about 2 soft pillows..?) And after surgery on Friday, I rested Saturday and Sunday and went to work normally right away. On Monday, after work, I came home and immediately collapsed, but I can feel myself gradually getting better
Also, people around me say my breasts turned out pretty, and I’m satisfied because I also really like the shape. However, since it hasn’t been long since surgery yet, they still feel tight, and I hope time passes quickly so the texture/feel improves. I’ll keep watching the progress for this part and leave a few more reviews later~!
