One-month bulbous nose surgery review + 5-week bruise fading, front view and nostrils

<5-week side view>Before<Before surgery >Before<Before surgery >Before<Before surgery >After<After surgery>After<After surgery >After<After surgery >After<After surgery ><5-week front-view swelling><5-week nostrils>I had surgery on September 18, and now that almost a month has passed, I’m finally writing a proper review! I brought some things I experienced over the past month that may help people getting nose surgery for the first time! 1. First, during the first week after nose surgery, your face swells and it’s a battle with a runny nose and itching. I didn’t have nasal packing in, so I didn’t feel stuffy, but I couldn’t wash my hair or wash my face.. the splint was itchy too, and the area where ear cartilage was harvested was so itchy that it was really, really hard. 2. Around days 3-4, yellow exudate? came out from the incision area, so I was worried, but after that it healed well, so if anyone is worried like I was, I think you can relax a little! 3. On days 5-7, there was a lot of swelling between my eyebrows, and the glabella area hurt so much that I even got headaches! I was worried it might be inflammation, but thankfully it passed without any major problem! 4. After the splint was removed, I was very disappointed because there was a lot of swelling on the nasal bridge, but the swelling really went down quickly after the splint came off! 5. So now, there is just a little yellow bruising left, and when I hold the nasal alae, it feels a bit tight and firm, but still, the swelling has gone down a lot and it has become slimmer! 6. When they removed the stitches inside my nose, tears rolled down my face.. It felt like that feeling of almost plucking a nose hair x20, a tear-inducing sharp sting? That’s what it was like.. 7. For aftercare, I didn’t drink pumpkin juice, and I slept sitting up for about 7 days! Even after that, just in case, I slept sitting up for another day or two, and afterward, even when lying down, I slept straight while looking up at the ceiling! I also washed my hair standing up, and when washing my face, I’m trying to avoid putting strain on my nose as much as possible!

It’s still just a little over one month, but I don’t think there will be a big difference, so I’m posting this review! Many people were curious about front-view photos on my previous post, so I’m uploading lots of before-and-after photos! If you’re curious about my 1-week and 3-week reviews, you can come through my profile and see the short reviews I’ve posted so far!

*Before surgery, my nose was a spread-out bulbous nose, and my alar thickness was not particularly thick!

+ I attached photos of bruise fading, swelling changes, and nostril changes at week 5. I realized that even swelling that looked like it was all gone actually had a lot left, and now only swelling near the nasal tip area remains. The pulling sensation in the philtrum has also become much less, and a lot of sensation has returned!
