The staff were really kind. But the wait was really long. I had a consultation with the director right away, and I had a CT scan, but it didn’t seem like they looked at it that carefully. They showed me many reviews of similar cases and did discuss well how the surgery would proceed. I was a little worried because reviews said they looked things over roughly, but they didn’t really examine me that carelessly, and they explained things well case by case.
