The staff were really kind. But the wait was really long. I consulted with the director right away and had a CT scan, but it did not seem like they looked at it very carefully. They showed me many reviews of similar cases and did discuss well how the surgery would proceed. I had been a little worried because some reviews said they looked over things carelessly, but they did not actually seem that careless, and they explained each case well.
