First of all, I won’t mention the consultation manager’s name, but I’m honestly so disappointed. When I first visited, some issue came up so I had to go back home, and they said they would book me at the time I wanted and take good care of follow-up care or discounts. But the text I got the day before the consultation appointment had a different time from what I’d said? So when I asked, they said it was because I had said I would come as quickly as possible, and they moved my appointment up by 30 minutes without my consent.. I visited at my original appointment time, but in the end I waited over an hour before going in for the director’s consultation^^ The director’s consultation was so good that I almost got over it, but after the director’s consultation, when I had another consultation with the manager, after saying they would take such good care of me, they said there’s no discount because it’s the head director~ and there wasn’t anything additional for follow-up care either. Seeing their words change so much made me give up ^^
