First of all, I will not mention the consultation manager's name, but I am truly disappointed. When I first visited, they said that if any problem came up, I could go home and they would schedule me for the time I wanted, and that they would take good care of post-op care and discounts, but the text message I got the day before my consultation appointment had a different time from what I had said, right? So I asked, and they had moved my appointment 30 minutes earlier without my consent just because I said I would try to get there as early as possible... I came at my reserved time, but in the end I waited over an hour just to get consultation with the doctor.^^ The consultation with the doctor was so good that I almost changed my mind, but after that, when I had the manager consultation again, they had said they would take care of me so well, yet then said that since it was the chief doctor there was no discount, there was nothing extra for post-op care, and seeing how much they kept changing their story made me give up. ^^
