Out of all the hospitals I've been to, this one looked at things the most carefully. They seemed to examine the eye fat and eye structure thoroughly? Because my Mongolian fold is quite pronounced, they did recommend it, but they honestly said that epicanthoplasty will inevitably leave a scar, so you have to decide carefully.. The eye line they designed was the most natural and clear-looking one. They showed me the most case examples too, but they said it could only be done with an incision, so I'm deliberating
