Of all the hospitals I have been to, they looked into me the most thoroughly. It seemed like they carefully checked the eye fat and eye structure? My epicanthal fold is fairly severe, so they did recommend it, but they honestly said that inner corner surgery can only leave scars, so I should think carefully about it. The eye line they designed was the most natural and defined-looking one. They also showed me the most examples. But since they said it can only be done with incision, I am torn.
