Because my skin is thin, he recommended buttock dermis for the nasal bridge, and we decided to make the nasal tip with ear cartilage. He said we wouldn’t need to go as far as costal cartilage. He explained while drawing on photos how much the nasal height would be adjusted. I liked the consultation because it was clean and to the point, with no unnecessary parts. It was clear, so it felt trustworthy.
