While looking at reviews from various clinics, one place had many photos of noses that were done well to suit the face, and they said there was an anesthesiology director, so I could have surgery safely. I liked that and booked a consultation. During the consultation, the director looked at my nose and said the middle of my nasal bridge protruded, and my nasal tip was flat and drooping, so it would be good to correct the hump nose and bulbous nose and use the septal cartilage to prevent drooping. They explained professionally that about 3 mm of silicone would be inserted, and there was no pressure to have surgery on other areas, so I decided to have the surgery as discussed. My friend came with me as my guardian for the surgery, and after I had the surgery, my friend told me that it was okay because they could watch CCTV in real time, and the clinic also operates a lifetime surgical responsibility system, so I had chosen a safe place well. I'm now 4 months post-op, the swelling has gone down to some extent, the hump nose and bulbous nose have been corrected very well, and maybe because septal cartilage was used, my nasal tip has not drooped, so I feel it was money well spent~
