Fixing my appearance complex with nose surgery after a fractured nose

After<after>after<after>after<after>after<after>before<before>before<before>I fractured my nose a while ago, but I didn’t have surgery and only got simple treatment. I thought about it too simply and didn’t think the shape would change much, and I was only thinking about reconstruction… At some point, my nose started to look long, and I really felt that it had become aesthetically off, like a droopy nose, hump nose, arrow-shaped nose, and so on, so I even developed an appearance complex.. When considering both the cosmetic aspects and the surgical aspects, I was drawn to the fact that the clinic specializes in noses, so I had a consultation with Director Kim Tae-seop. When I explained what happened when it fractured and how it had been treated, he was really sympathetic,, lol I said I wanted it to be made straight in a clean line and noticeable to a reasonable degree, but I didn’t want the nasal bridge or nasal tip to look too artificial. He said that to achieve the line and shape I wanted, costal cartilage would be needed. Autologous costal cartilage felt a bit scary, so I used donated costal cartilage, and I was worried whether everything could really be fixed at once.. But those worries turned out to be unnecessary, because everything was resolved with just my first nose surgery lol I’m so happy because my appearance complex is gone and I feel much more confident lol

This review is a surgery review pursuing a natural yet refined look.
