For the nasal bridge, I had a silicone implant, for the hump nose, osteotomy, and for my droopy nasal tip, septal cartilage was used. My facial line didn’t look smooth, and because of my hump nose, I looked somehow older than my age and my face looked ill-tempered lol I made my hospital list based on places with good reviews that made the nose look high but natural, and since it was surgery involving the bone, I went to consultations full of worries, but the consultant was really kind and the director explained everything in detail, so I decided on the place I felt I could trust. Now I have much more confidence in my side profile and front view, so I end up taking a lot of photos lol
