I went in wondering whether I had a protruding mouth or not, and whether I had a protruding chin or not, but just like at the hospital I had visited before, the director simply looked with his eyes and told me I had a protruding mouth + developed chin tip type. The clinic atmosphere was cozy, but for the estimate, he took photos himself with a Canon? camera, told me to look at him, and said there would be a difference of a few mm. I wondered if that was accurate, but he spoke with such confidence that I just thought that must be the case. The consultation fee was free, and they said that once surgery is scheduled and I have another consultation, they would do a dental exam + internal medicine exam again and explain things in detail. He said that if I went to other hospitals, 4 out of 5 would tell me to get double-jaw surgery, and he confidently said it was possible even without double-jaw surgery. It was good that he showed me many before-and-after photos of similar cases. I was dissatisfied with my tooth angle, cheek hollowing, protruding chin, asymmetry, and side profile, and he picked up well on the parts I felt were lacking. He said dentistry is lenient about upright teeth, and that my angle is normal even now, so I shouldn’t obsess too much over the tooth angleㅠ He said it would be a total 1-night, 2-day hospitalization, with follow-ups on day 5 after surgery, day 14 (suture removal), and at 6 weeks. Not needing a blood drain and having faster recovery compared with double-jaw surgery were real advantages, but he said tooth extraction was necessary, so I was conflictedㅠ (At the previous hospital, I was recommended double-jaw surgery + V-line without needing extraction or orthodontics.)

If done separately, the costs are like that, but he said if done all at once it would be 19.5 million KRW including VAT.
