I liked that the nasal tip improved naturally and recovery was fast. It’s a bit disappointing because it seems a little droopy now, but my skin is thick, and I feel like with implant-free surgery using cartilage, it would probably droop this much no matter where it was done.. Still, when I take photos, the blunt-looking parts definitely seem to have improved, and I like that it doesn’t show because it was a closed approach. If there’s one disappointing point, it’s the aftercare. The director came, took one quick look, said it was healing well, and left, but I didn’t feel like they spent time checking it, such as comparing it with the before photos, so that was a bit disappointing.…
