I liked that the tip of my nose improved naturally and the recovery was fast. It is a bit disappointing now because it seems to have sagged a little, but my skin is thick and I think it would sag about this much anywhere if done without an implant (cartilage)... Still, in photos, the previously blunt-looking parts definitely seem improved, and I like that it was closed surgery so it does not show. If I had one complaint, aftercare felt lacking. The director came by, glanced once, said it was healing well, and left, but it did not feel like they spent time comparing it with the pre-op photos, so that part was a bit disappointing. Also, I wore the splint very well, but because tissue built up around my ear, I wish they had managed that area better, yet they just brushed it off as if I had not worn it properly, which felt a bit unfair. Still, they say it is extremely rare for the ear area to not heal well and deform like that. I think they are really good at nose surgery.
