They gave all the professional explanations, almost like an automated answering machine. I thought they were professional and kind. They looked at the nose shape the patient wanted and tried to match it as much as possible, explaining that to get that result, this is what would need to be done, and they answered questions too. The consultant was really calm and spoke gently and clearly. Since it was a same-day consultation, there was about a 30-minute delay. But somehow there were a lot of things they said I needed to do and a lot of materials used, so I don’t think I’ll do it here.
