They explained everything professionally, like an answering machine. I felt it was professional and it was kind. They looked at the patient's desired nose shape and tried to match it as much as possible, saying that if I wanted it to come out that way, this is what had to be done, and they also answered questions. The manager was really calm and spoke very gently. Since it was a same-day consultation, it was delayed by about 30 minutes. But there was somehow a lot of things I was told to do and a lot of materials used, so I don't think I'll do it here.
