I have sunken eyes, and when I had my first surgery, I had an incision, ptosis correction, and fat removal, but I ended up with sausage eyes.. It’s been 9 years, so I had just been living with it somehow, but now that I’m in my 30s, my upper eyelids are sinking more and more, making the line look even thicker. On top of that, the upper eyelid area is close, so I want to lower the line. I went for a consultation at ㅁㅅㄹㅇ, and they said too much fat had been removed from above my eyes. They told me that even with surgery, the sausage look would only improve by about 20%, so I feel even more hopeless.. Should I only get fat grafting? I’m so torn..
