<2 weeks~><2 weeks~>Before<Before surgery>before<Before surgery> I get off work in the evening, so I’m quickly sharing an update before heading in By now it’s been about 2 weeks, so the swelling is almost gone and I don’t really feel it anymore. The hard part was for about 5 days, and after that it was manageable. For facial liposuction, I did the double chin, cheekbones, jawline, and nasolabial folds, and the results seem really good. I’ve been steadily drinking pumpkin juice with a high content, choosing it according to the care method I found here and there, and I’m also walking a little before and after work. I’m trying to walk more than 8,000 steps a day. And since I can’t drink or smoke, I can feel myself getting healthier a bit. My eyes are clearing up too, and I’m holding on with the thought that if I do, I’ll die, so this part is the hardest for me. Around day 12, I went to the hospital and asked about various things, and they said the progress is really good and that the line is looking better, so I feel relieved and am planning to take even better care of myself
