I had rhinoplasty 3 years ago at a large plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam, and I’m experiencing side effects where the silicone moves and, because the silicone extends all the way to the nasal tip, it feels hard to the touch. The doctor who did my silicone surgery isn’t even at that clinic anymore… I’m currently looking into silicone removal. They say that since the silicone goes all the way to the nasal tip, removal alone won’t be enough and cartilage repositioning has to be done.. I have a lot of concerns. I really think you need to visit many clinics and do a lot of footwork before deciding on rhinoplasty.
