First of all, I think I had a deviated septum + rhinitis + hump nose + osteotomy + cartilage suturing + columella lengthening. That’s how it went, I think! But because the deviation was severe, the support that had been used shifted sideways, and my nostrils became asymmetrical,, I was told they’d do a revision, so it’s now been 1 week since the surgery! I had the splint removed today, but my nose was swollen and filled with blood, so they opened it up and cleaned it out,, I have the splint back on now, so I’m not sure, but I hope it goes back to how it wasㅜㅜㅜㅜ My first nose was fine from the front or the side, but I got a revision because of my nostrils..
