After buried-suture surgery 10 years ago, because of uneven eyes and multiple eyelid creases, I was looking into revision surgery and checked out 3 places, and one of them was Hani. When I had a consultation somewhere else, they said things like, “It’s buried-suture, but the scarring is so severe that I was surprised~ You need to put down a deposit today, otherwise there won’t be any slots and you won’t be able to have surgery,” in a pressuring way, so I just left. At Hani, I had a consultation with the consultant for about 5? 10? minutes, then a consultation with the director. I was very nervous, but he told me not to be nervous and spoke to me comfortably. For the consultation, he specifically asked about the image I wanted, photos, etc. I explained while showing photos, and he marked the line several times and paid a lot of attention. When I went for a second consultation, he asked if I had any questions, marked the line again several times, and responded kindly, so I scheduled surgery right away and came back.
