It wasn't like this originally, but at some point it changed into something like a factory-style clinic. Since then, instead of having a consultation with the director before the procedure, you have a consultation with the manager and then go straight into the procedure. It was the same when I consulted about things other than jaw Botox. Even when I separately requested a consultation with the director, they seemed very reluctant to do it, just talked roughly, and ended it.
