For my first surgery, I only had incisional double eyelid surgery, and the line at the front of my eye became distorted, creating a dog ear. I was searching because I wanted to correct it, and this blog came up, so I thought I’d at least go for a consultation. I went thinking about double eyelid revision surgery, but they said there was no need to touch the double eyelid again, and that correcting the shape with hook canthoplasty and removing the Mongolian fold would be enough. While talking about canthoplasty, I also wanted lateral canthoplasty, and they said dual canthoplasty is a surgery that combines lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty, and that it has a greater effect than doing either one alone. Usually when I wear lenses, not much of the white of my eyes shows...
