Before <before photo 1> Before <before photo 2> After <right after the first surgery in May 2017> <decided on second surgery in September 2020> After <day 2-3 after second surgery> After <photo with makeup, day 5-7 after second surgery> <2-3 months after second surgery, the back of the eyes went up> Before <right before the second revision surgery> After <right after the second revision surgery> <3 months after the second revision surgery> My eyes were originally smaller than buttonholes. When I was a student, I had double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty at another hospital, and after becoming an adult I only thought about posterior canthoplasty, then ended up getting Candy canthoplasty. When I first had surgery, I didn’t want people at work saying this and that if my eyes suddenly became too big, so I asked them to do posterior canthoplasty and pull the lower canthoplasty just a little. Then after a few years, I regretted asking for only a little pull, and I felt like the outer corners of my eyes had gone back up, so 3.5 years later I went back and said I wanted them lowered more, and had surgery again.
This time, I thought it was okay even if it looked somewhat noticeable, and I wanted the lower eye line to be clearly flat, but after 3 months the back went up a bit, so when I went in for a follow-up and told them, the doctor readily said they would do another revision for me, but they said my eyes seem to have stronger pulling force from somewhere in the muscles under the eyes than other people, so it would be difficult to meet my expectations. And now it has been 3 months since the second revision surgery, and the outer corners are going up again! They did say it would go up somewhat more than after the first surgery, but my eyes went up quite a lot! Anyway, compared with the very beginning, they lowered and got bigger a lot, so I’m just accepting it, but I think I might feel like doing it again later haha
