Review of Misarang

They ruined both the function and the shape of my nose. It has already been 3 years. The communication about the shape was not very detailed, but.. it looked like a man's nose, so lowering the glabella area was the main goal.. and next I wanted the nostrils to be smaller. I kept saying I did not want a cotton-swab nose, and the request to make it look as natural as if I had not had surgery at all was completely ignored, so now it looks like Michael Jackson's nose to anyone. They said they could not lower the glabella area I had wanted... and that my brow bone was high and the glabella dipped in too much, which looked odd.. My original nose was extremely low, and the problem was that the first surgery with Gore-Tex made the glabella too high, so they should have just designed silicone somewhere in the middle.. but they did not have the skill for that.. They also recommended osteotomy, and I told them several times I did not want it, but they said if I did not have osteotomy, the shape would not improve, so in the end I had it done. Was I a guinea pig? Hearing the staff say they did a lot of osteotomies still sounds like a nightmare to me.. Why was there any reason to cut so much on someone who said they did not want it? Now I have functional problems.. one side of my nose is blocked.. and the airway goes down to my throat. It became too narrow because of the osteotomy, so air does not go upward.. It is so thin and tight that when I wear glasses they slide down, so I tied a rubber band behind them. My septum is also deviated, and the tip was tied too tightly, so it feels pinched like a clothespin.. one nostril is pinched into a triangle, and I can feel scar tissue. The incision line on the nose is uneven, and even the silicone is showing white.. and when it is hot it turns red.. I am going to a university hospital.. reconstructing the osteotomy itself is not easy, and because of the airway I am thinking about spreader grafting. Spreaders also have side effects like empty nose syndrome, but.. I do not have much choice.. Do not get osteotomy.. Ah... if I could really go back, I would turn back time....
