After <Side view after surgery>After <Well-aligned columella after surgery>Before <Preoperative columellar support, asymmetry, drooping nasal tip and columella>These are photos I took on the day I had the stitches and splint removed! Considering my previous stress points, including a deviated nasal bridge axis, asymmetrical columella length, and a central area that looked long, they replaced the silicone. If you look at my preoperative photos, even though they were taken with an app that corrects the image, the columella deviation was severe and clearly visible. My skin is on the thin side, and they said that if the nasal tip were raised a lot, it could show through later, so they also used autologous dermis. There is still swelling from the front, so it looks awkward, but for now I really like the side profile, and I’m so amazed and satisfied with the improvement in the columella. If I had known it would improve right away like this.. I would have had surgery earlier. Everyone, I hope you choose your first-surgery hospital very carefully!! For now, I’m so satisfied with the columella area that I uploaded a review, and I’ll try adding side-view before-and-after photos soon haha
